This class is one of our foundational classes. We use combination of strength & conditioning, speed & agility, flexibility & mobility, reaction & balance to train and improve the performance of athletes.

Olympic lifting Technique, Calisthenics and explosive training are apart of this program.

We work with individual athletes and teams. These could be professionals at any level or from schools and colleges. Our programs are carefully planned so that conditioning coupled with strength training helps the athletes better perform at their sport.
