You can think of it as both functional resistance training AND as a way to “stretch out”. Yoga is one of our favorite backbones to add to your workout schedule for recovery assistance, and building of coordination, balance, endurance, flexibility of course, agility, strength, accuracy.

Through yoga practices you can gain further control and capacity of the lungs. Our classes move at different paces depending on a lot of factors. So don’t be fooled this is still a workout!
